1. Disclaimer
Information & entertainment only
The World Cup 2026 Prediction Engine (the "Tool") is provided for general information and entertainment purposes only. It is not betting, gambling, financial, investment, or professional advice of any kind, and must not be relied upon as such.
Predictions are probabilities, not guarantees
All outputs are probabilistic estimates generated by a statistical model. Football is inherently unpredictable: even best-in-class forecasters achieve only about 50–55% accuracy on match outcomes, and the single most-likely exact score is correct only around 10–15% of the time. A prediction of "60%" means the event is expected not to happen roughly 40% of the time. No outcome is certain, and the Tool makes no claim of accuracy — explicitly, it does not and cannot guarantee correct results.
Data sources
Team strengths are seeded from publicly available World Football Elo ratings and other public data, which are estimates and may contain errors, omissions, or be out of date. Group fixtures reflect the published schedule; knockout pairings are projections that depend on actual results.
No affiliation
This is an independent, unofficial project. It is not affiliated with, authorised, endorsed, or sponsored by FIFA, any confederation, national association, league, club, broadcaster, or player. "FIFA World Cup" and related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only for descriptive, nominative purposes.
Responsible gambling
The Tool is not a betting product and does not facilitate wagering. Do not use it to place bets. If you choose to gamble elsewhere, please do so responsibly and never wager more than you can afford to lose. Free, confidential help is available — for example 1-800-GAMBLER (US), BeGambleAware.org / GamCare (UK), or your local support service.
No liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Operator] accepts no liability for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, gambling losses) arising from use of, or reliance on, the Tool or its predictions. You use it entirely at your own risk.

↑ Back to top3. Privacy Policy
The short version
The Tool is a static, browser-side application. It has no user accounts and no back-end database. It does not collect, store, sell, or transmit your personal data, and all calculations run locally in your own browser.
What the Tool itself collects
Nothing. The Tool sets no cookies, includes no analytics or advertising trackers, and asks for no personal information. Any ratings you edit or settings you change stay in your browser for that session only and are not sent anywhere.
Third-party resources
- Web fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). When they load, Google may receive your IP address and standard request data, governed by Google's own privacy policy.
- Hosting. The pages are served by their hosting provider, whose servers may automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and time of request) for security and operation. Please consult the host's privacy policy.
- Social sharing. The share buttons are ordinary links. Nothing is sent to any platform unless you click one, which then takes you to that third party (X, Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Telegram, Reddit, or your email client), where their privacy policy applies.
No sale of data; no profiling
Because the Tool collects no personal data, none is sold, shared for advertising, or used to profile you.
Children's privacy
The Tool is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any information from them.
Your choices
You can block third-party font/CDN requests using browser settings or extensions; the Tool will still function with system fonts. To remove any locally stored settings, clear your browser data for this site.
Changes & contact
This policy may change as the Tool evolves; the "last updated" date will reflect any revision. For privacy questions, contact [contact email].
